This is a work in progress, I am trying to duplicate a local restaurant’s and I am close but, not quite there, my husband really liked this variation. Yep it’s a vegan pizza recipe with the pre-made pizza crust again. But it’s a winner!
prepared pizza crust
pizza sauce
Daiya mozzarella
arugula pesto (see basil pesto on site, I subbed arugula for the basil and toasted walnuts for the pine nuts)
2 red potatoes sliced thin and fried in a little olive oil and drained
kalamata olives
few teaspoons of almond cheese (see recipe on site, I added extra garlic)
rosemary, pepper, crusted red pepper to taste
Cook at 450 for about 10 minutes
