Yummm!! I love every vegetable roasted that I have tried, it becomes sweeter and soo much more flavorful. Roasted veg with sauce, can’t be beat. Mike really loves vegan roasted cauliflower.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower, one head
- olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper
- Tahini, 2-3 tablespoons
- 1 lemon, squeezed
- cumin, salt, and pepper
- agave, to taste
- toasted sesame oil, to taste
- hot water, to thin sauce
Directions:
For cauliflower – cut cauliflower into flower-ets, toss with oil, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and garlic, roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes, turn if one side is getting too brown, if cauliflower is done (cuts easily) and is not brown enough, turn broiler on for a few minutes, watch closely.
For sauce – whisk all ingredients together, taste, adjust seasoning, oil, agave, water

We really love all veggies roasted, top it off with a yummy tahini sauce (really tahini in anything is awesome) and this is sooo good!
