No not the deep-fried kind, these completely satisfied my potato craving – I have been sick with a nasty virus for the last week and a half and food just didn’t sound good, however, when I started having a craving for potatoes, I knew I was on the mend! You will love these vegan potato chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 red potatoes, sliced thin
- canola oil
- salt & pepper
Directions:
- Fry potatoes on medium high heat in a single layer in a little canola oil.
- Resist the urge to move them around too much, let them get brown, five minutes or so before you flip them over.
- That’s it, simplicity. I made a little dip with veganaise, ketchup, pepper, and cholulua.
