- 2 T chia seed seed
- 1 c coconut milk (the kind in a carton not in a can!)
- ¼ c dried, unsweetened coconut
- raw agave, to taste
- Combine chia and milk in small bowl, whisk to combine and refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, mix in coconut and agave.
