Coconut Almond Balls

Coconut Almond Balls

Quick, little morsels to satisfy your sweet tooth! Gluten and sugar free! Try these healthy, almost raw coconut almond balls today!

Ingredients:

 Directions:

  1. Put walnuts, almonds and coconut in food processor, process until finely chopped (but not to the point of flour).
  2. Take ¼ cup of mixture out of processor and put in small bowl.
  3. Add chocolate to processor, process to break down chocolate.
  4. Add coconut oil and almond butter, process to combine.
  5. Roll mixture into small balls and roll in reserved nut mixture.
  6. Store in freezer or refrigerator.

  1. This looks so tasty and fabulous. It has all of the ingredients that I love, but i especially like the coconut. I don’t eat it all of the time, but I would if it was a more healthy food. Im gonna try for it :-)

    • My family loves coconut too. I actually think this is pretty healthy. Coconut oil and dates have all kinds of great health benefits and it certainly is better than eating some processed candy from the store :) !

    • These are simple to make and are great straight from the fridge. I love Larabars but, my daughter and husband don’t, these weren’t as “datey” and had a lot of flavor.
