Yummy juice
Ingredients
- 3 large carrots, rinsed
- ½ a large beet, peeled and chopped
- 3 celery stalks, rinsed
- 2 green apples, rinsed and chopped
- 2 large chunks ginger, peeled and chopped (I love ginger, if you don’t use less, ginger has great anti-inflammatory properties and is very good for you!)
- 2 large handfuls of spinach
Instructions
- Put veggies and apple in your juicer, juice, pour, and enjoy.
- Can’t you just feel the health seeping in?!

hi there! i’ve been juicing for about 2 years now, but i always make juice with whatever i have around this house–and my juices, although i am sure are healthy, are just not that tasty…so i decided i wanted to start following recipes for juice now and yours was a the first i tried!…..and i gotta say, when the combination is right, the juice is yummy! thanks for your recipe….i am starting to collect recipes for yummy juice now….
I have to say I definitely did not use to be a juice person. However, it really is about finding the right combination. I almost always start with ginger, an apple, and a beet or carrots, and add from there. Happy Juicing.
