Oatmeal Smoothie – healthy, rich, satisfying, what could be better?

Healthy and delicious espresso oatmeal smoothie!
Ingredients
  • 1 c oats
  • 1 T chia seed
  • 1 – 1 ½ c vanilla soy milk
  • 2 T instant espresso powder
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1 T ground flax seed
  • 1 T cinnamon
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 2 T agave
  • 1 ½ – 2 cups ice

Instructions
  1. Soak oats and chia with enough soy milk to cover the oats in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Combine the soaked oats along with the rest of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth (start with about ½ cup of soy milk and then add more to desired consistency).
  3. Enjoy!
