Ingredients
- 1 c oats
- 1 T chia seed
- 1 – 1 ½ c vanilla soy milk
- 2 T instant espresso powder
- 2 t vanilla extract
- 1 T ground flax seed
- 1 T cinnamon
- 5 pitted dates
- 2 T agave
- 1 ½ – 2 cups ice
Instructions
- Soak oats and chia with enough soy milk to cover the oats in the refrigerator overnight.
- Combine the soaked oats along with the rest of the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth (start with about ½ cup of soy milk and then add more to desired consistency).
- Enjoy!
