Tis the season for butternut squash recipes for sure! I just made my butternut squash pear soup last week. Love your pumpkinseed garnish! How are you making a vegan bisque? Soy or almond milk? Tofu?

I call any creamy soup, bisque. This one doesn’t have any added non-dairy milk. It didn’t need it. If I do add any non-dairy milk or cream, I add when pureeing the soup and usually opt for a little soy creamer. Butternut and pear sound like a great combo too. Happy Fall.
