Adzuki bean - Millet Cakes

It’s been amount a month since I made any bean cakes, and Calista has been asking when I was going to make some more, so here you go. I served these babies on sauteed spinach with roasted red pepper and roasted poblano sauces, yum!  This Adzuki Bean recipe turned out so good.
