We sucked these babies down so fast I neglected to take a pic of the finished product. This recipe is a variation of the recipe on the Gardein website. I am not a faux meat lover, I never really liked the real stuff and I think a lot of the faux stuff has a weird texture or funky aftertaste. However, I really like the beefless tips. I am sure there are lots of great things to do with these but, this was my first effort with the beefless tips and I make these tacos every few weeks – they are a keeper!  Give this vegan taco a try and let me know what you think.
