This stuff is delicious, no it does not taste like cheese, however, it is flavorful and creamy like cream cheese. You will like this almond cheese.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups raw almonds (soak overnight)
- 1 lemon – juiced
- 3-4 T chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 T tahini
- Bragg’s liquid aminos – a few sprays
- Olive oil and water, for consistency
- crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper
Directions:

- Put all ingredients in VitaMix or food processor and process until desired
- consistency, add olive oil or water to get the consistency you want.
- Taste, and add more seasoning if necessary.
Store in refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.
This is great on crackers or celery or spread on a veggie sandwich or in my inventive lasagna.
