Spicy vegetable juice1
I didn’t use to be a juice person (at all), and I still don’t like expensive, pre-made juices that you find at the grocery store. However, I am really into creating my own juice blends with my fancy schmancy juicer that my parent’s so graciously gave me for Christmas (I will review on a later post). There are several different recipes on here – give one a try – I added a yellow pepper and tomatoes to this one (which was a first). Spicy vegetable juice, yum.
The spinach I bought had gone bad or this would have just been “green juice” – I wanted to try something different, no beets or carrots in this one – I couldn’t get Mike or Calista to try as I haven’t gotten them to jump on the juicing bandwagon quite yet, I however, rather enjoyed this juicing concoction, and hope you do to. Don’t be afraid to try this green vegetable juice.
